50 years in business
SB Electronics is celebrating 50 years history of the Orange Drop® in 2009!
The Orange Drop has meant one thing for these 5 decades: Reliable Performance. If you haven’t been designing capacitors for much of those 5 decades, ask someone who has about the Orange Drop. Our reputation speaks for itself!
However the Orange Drop represents a culture and manufacturing/design philosophy more than a particular series of capacitors. Originally starting as robust film/foil polyester designs, today the same Orange Drop brand name can be found on Patented Pulse Technology devices, the world’s strongest 1500V CIV free AC parts, and precision polypropylene capacitors. Of course, all of the standard values and products that have built the Orange Drop reputation are still available as well.
And of course, all of the same technology and manufacturing performance is also available in traditional industry “wrap & fill” packaging. Whichever your preference, SB Electronics can deliver.
